Grey Storm

$450.00

Whereas I typically use photographs as source material for a painting, this piece was created from my imagination. I wanted to see how many greys I could use and I’m quite pleased with how it turned out. The storm is coming in & the trees have turned grey. The reflection on the water makes it a lovely grey painting. Look at that sky! All the texture in the clouds which convey the sense that it’s a very big sky indeed. Even in a small painting like this.

  • Size : (w & h) 8 x 10 in

  • Medium: Oil on board

  • Inventory Number: 162-20
